Commercial Operation

Kaisa focuses on the development of urban commercial complex and takes promoting the consumer experience and lifestyle change as its mission. It insists on standard operation and management (e.g. Kaisa Plaza,Kaisa No.1 Market, and CASAMIA Boutique Supermarket) and light asset management output (commercial project positioning, agent-recruitment and escrow). It walks forward step by step and is committed to becoming one of the top asset operators of “highest management efficiency in China, top three in management areas”. Up to now, Kaisa holds 31 squares under construction with a total area of 1.5 million square meters; 3 light asset management output projects, and an operating business area of more than 100 thousand square meters. By 2021, Kaisa will have 26 projects in operation, in preparation, or urder construction; and over 5 million square meters of gross area, and its external management project area will be more than 500 thousand square meters.
